Terms of service
The General Terms and Conditions of Romina Hermans apply to all the offers, orders, products, agreements and deliveries of Romina Hermans. By ordering a product you agree to these conditions.

2. Agreement and Order
The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form. After payment is complete, we will process your order. Until that time we will remain full owner of the products in your order.
To confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail on the email address that you provided during check out.
All designs are property of Romina Hermans and may not be reused or reprinted without express permission. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All prices of the items are displayed in EURO, include 21% Dutch VAT but exclude any shipping and administration costs.
Romina Hermans is not bound by the terms of its offer in the event that there is any printing, typesetting or programming fault on its website.
Romina Hermans has the right to change text and images on the website, without giving notice first
3. Shipment Costs and Transport
The delivery time of our jewelry is based on the production time needed in our workspace. An item that’s in stock will be shipped within 3 workdays, after receiving payment. When in stock we will do our best to send it the same day. Please note that this period is calculated without including the shipping time. For orders on products that are not in stock and need to be made, contact us for details on production and shipping time. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you are in a hurry. - Each order will be carefully packed in a original Romina Hermans packaging.
- Within The Netherlands we work with PostNL. You receive an automatic track-and-trace code once your package is shipped.
- Orders for Europe and Worldwide will also receive a track-and-trace code once the parcel is shipped. In each case, it allows you to easily track your order. Expected shipment time depends on to which country we ship.
- Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements. For orders outside the European. We are not responsible for these costs.
- Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
- Articles shall be delivered to the address given by the customer.
The customer can use any of the payment methods listed in the webshop upon checkout. After you have placed an order you will receive an email confirming your order. All prices include 21% VAT.
When a product is mistakenly listed with an incorrect price, Romina Hermans reserves the right to cancel the order for the product with the price listed incorrectly. Even when the customer has already paid for the product, the order may be cancelled and the customer’s money refunded.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can only accept jewelry that hasn’t been worn and/or hasn’t been damaged and is in perfect condition, in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Jewelry that is custom made to your size or preferences can not be returned. It is important to know that we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and replacements. Please keep in mind that the shipment costs of a return are your own responsibility. Items that will be returned or exchanged must be sent in the original packaging to:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are entitled to refuse to accept a returned article or to send it back to the customer if the article appears to have been used, no longer carries the original labels, or reveals damage caused by the customer, or if the customer does not comply with the instructions for returning the article given by Romina Hermans.
You'll have two months of warranty from the date of purchase. Within these two months we will repair your item for free if it's any error caused by us. Please contact email@example.com and include in the email your name, order number and a picture of the damage.
If the item has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for this service. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give a quotation regarding the repair costs. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
We don't give warranty for:
- Natural wear and tear
- Stains caused by perfume
- Wearing off gold plating
- Complaints caused by misuse of the parts and/ or jewelry
