We offer Free shipping for:
The Netherlands - Orders over €100,-
Europe - Orders over €200,-
Rest of the World - Orders over €300,- 

National orders

All orders within The Netherlands will be shipped by PostNL. It takes 1-3 business days (after payment) to process your order. When your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. PostNL states to deliver packages within 3 business days after you received the track&trace code. This information is an indication provided by PostNL and that we can't guaranty any delivery time based on this information. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our workshop and is transferred to our carrier.

International orders
Shipping costs and delivery time for international orders depends on the destination and the costs are specified on your invoice. When your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our workhop and is transferred to our carrier.

Additional costs
Unfortunately, our prices don't include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other fees that you may be charged to receive your jewelry at home. We recommend you to consider all fees, because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties etcetera. We won't be able to refund these costs if you change your mind. 

If you have questions about the shipping of your order, please send an email to stating your order number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, without scratches and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like solid gold and custom-made jewelry.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like solid gold and custom-made jewelry.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us a mail The exchange will take place after the original order has been returned to Romina Hermans and has been checked. Shipping costs for the replacement are to be paid by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please keep in mind the following: 
- You can return or exchange an item within 14 days after receipt. 
- The shipment costs of a return are your own responsibility.
- Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
- We will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. 

The customer is responsible for providing the right address during check out at Incase the address is wrong due to the customers fault and the package is returned to Romina Hermans, additional shipping costs will be for the customers account.


We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery during the Holiday season.


What is your jewelry made of?

Each item is handmade of the highest quality recycled 925 sterling silver, gold or gold vermeil over sterling silver with 3 or 5 micron of 18kt gold.

How sustainable is your jewelry?

All of our jewelry are made from 99.9% recycled silver and gold. Every piece is designed and made by myself in my workshop in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

What is the best care for your jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before sleeping, swimming, bathing and exercising and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible.

How to clean your jewelry

Sterling silver:
When you haven’t worn your silver pieces for a while, it is possible that the colour has darkened a bit, but don't worry! You can clean this easily with a silver polish cloth or dip.

Gold vermeil:
In case you bought a gold vermeil item, please keep in mind that the gold vermeil can wear off over time due contact with skin, cosmetics and other chemicals, seawater, perfume or even your skin PH. These things will eventually damage the gold finish on these pieces. Gold vermeil is a process where a layer of 3 micron gold is placed on the surface of a different material. All of our jewelry is gold vermeil on top of a base of sterling silver.

As it is a thin layer of gold, extra care should be taken to maximize its lifespan. So, handle them with great care!​​​​​

What's the difference between gold plated or gold vermeil?
Gold-plated jewelry refers to jewelry that has gold plating at least 0.5 microns thick. It does not require sterling silver to be used as the base material, and usually uses a less valuable material at its core. Since the plating is so thin, the gold colour will wear very quickly compared to gold vermeil. 
We only use the best quality for our jewelry and all of the gold pieces are gold vermeil (3 micron 18kt) on a sterling silver base (instead of industry standard of 1 micron).
Gold vermeil is superior to gold-plated jewelry!

How do I store my jewelry?

When you're not wearing your jewelry you should keep them in a safe and secure place like your bedroom. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or any other humid spots. Jewelry boxes are a great place to keep your jewelry, but you should keep in mind that it does not protect the sterling silver pieces from tarnishing and oxidation.

Warranty & Repairs

Warranty & Repairs

You'll have three months of warranty from the date of purchase.
Within these three months we will repair your item for free if it's any error caused by us. Please contact and include in the email your name, order number and a picture of the damage.

If the item has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for this service. Please contact and we will give a quotation regarding the repair costs. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

We don't give warranty for:
- Natural wear and tear
- Stains caused by perfume
- Wearing off gold vermeil
- Complaints caused by misuse of the parts and/ or jewelry.



We offer a few different lengths in the necklaces.Not sure of which size fits you the best?
An easy tip is to cut a piece of yarn at the length you want and put a tiny pendant around it. So you can see how the necklace length looks on you.
